The new website, eDivv.com, is the first online marketplace where members can swap beauty subscription box samples. The site allows users to post products to their page, search for products of interest, negotiate potential trades, and rate their trading partner’s reliability at the completion of a trade. Trading is called divvying. Users submit a Divvy Request – then other users can accept, decline or “counter” the offer by checking or unchecking the products listed under their trading partner’s account. eDivv was created by Casey Casterline and Jon Katz. Casterline is an avid subscriber of many beauty subscription box services, which include Birchbox, Ipsy, and Julep Maven.
